• Arrive at office and brief tour: Group divides to specific areas of interest, Office staff to mirror WNY Urology staff, Admin/practice managers meet with Cathy Rizzo.

8:15 AM - 1st Case
• Ultrasound and Cysto. Existing patient workup. The group breaks up to RN’s and Practice Administrator for conference.

After 1st Case
• Case 1 debrief
• Case 2 overview, review notes, Cysto images, IPSS scoring, plan for treatment

9:00 AM - 2nd Case - UroLift procedure

After 2nd Case
• Review procedure, discuss anatomy
• Review how Dr. White talks to patients
• Use of IPSS on every male patient
• Case 3 Preview: history, work-up & reasons for selecting UroLift System treatment

9:30 AM – 3rd Case: Ultrasound and Cysto. Existing patient workup
• Post patient review of the anatomy and the discussion.
• Case 4 Preview: history, work-up & reasons for selecting UroLift System treatment

10:00 AM - 4th Case - UroLift procedure

After 4th Case
• Review procedure, discuss anatomy and technique
• Review how Dr. White talks to patients
• Use of IPSS on every male patient
