Kevin Hardage
President and General Manager
Kevin comes to Teleflex with over 23 years of sales and marketing experience within the medical device industry. In 1998, Kevin joined Medtronic and has since held several positions with increasing responsibility. Most recently, Kevin held the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Advanced Surgical Instruments where he was responsible for $2.2B in revenue and managing over 700 commercial leaders. Kevin holds a B.S. degree from University of Missouri.
Jacqueline Welch
Vice President of Global Clinical/Scientific Operations
Jacqueline Welch serves as Vice President of Teleflex’s Global Clinical Operations and Scientific Services and has been with the company since November 2004. She also serves as Medical Director for Teleflex Interventional Urology. Prior to joining Teleflex, Dr. Welch pursued research and innovation through a variety of technology and clinical roles at Stanford University, Exploramed, Guidant, Pfizer, NASA Ames Research Center, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Dr. Welch is an affiliate member of the American Urological Association and serves as the industry representative of the Gastroenterology and Urology Devices Panel of the Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Welch holds an M.D. from Stanford University and B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
Greg Borecki
Vice President of Global Marketing and Commercial Enablement
Greg leads global marketing and commercial enablement, including commercial operations and training and development. He joins Teleflex with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare and medical device industry. Greg served as SVP, Global Sales & Marketing for Stanley Healthcare leading global sales operations and marketing throughout the US, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East and synergized 13 acquisitions under the Stanley brand. He also held the position of Director of National Accounts and Regional Sales Manager for Medtronic. Greg holds a B.A. degree from Assumption University in Worcester, Mass.
Trey Dorman
Vice President of U.S. Sales
Trey joined NeoTract | Teleflex in 2014 as one of the first members of the sales team holding leadership positions as Regional Business Manager and Area Sales Director. With more than 14 years of urology medical device sales experience, Trey’s extensive knowledge of reimbursement, U.S. health care partners, and several years of experience leading territories across Interventional Urology’s sales footprint, helps strengthen UroLift’s sales strategy. Prior to joining Interventional Urology, Trey held sales positions with Bard and Medtronic. He holds a B.A. in Management & Marketing from the Lindenwood University in St. Louis, Mo.
Val Veitengruber
Vice President of Reimbursement and Health Policy
Val Veitengruber is the Vice President, Reimbursement and Health Policy for Teleflex Interventional Urology. She brings more than 30 years of healthcare policy, reimbursement, and government affairs experience to Teleflex. Most recently, Val was responsible for the healthcare policy, coverage, and payment strategy at Freenome Holdings, Inc. Prior to Freenome, Val worked for NanoString Technologies and FUJIFILM SonoSite. Val also led a successful consulting firm that provided medical coding, lobbying efforts, and reimbursement services to individual practices, nonprofits, and global healthcare firms. Val holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington.
Brian Wilkins
Vice President of Research & Development
Brian Wilkins joined Teleflex Interventional Urology as Vice President, Research and Development in August 2022. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, designing, developing, and commercializing medical devices to solve unmet needs primarily focused on vascular disease. Over the past two decades, Brian held multiple R&D roles at Cordis Corporation, most recently serving as Director of Research and Development. In addition, Brian has extensive experience working with global OEMs and evaluating new medical device technologies. Brian holds an M.B.A from University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University.
Jen Dallaire
Vice President of Finance
Jen Dallaire is the Vice President, Finance, Teleflex Interventional Urology. She has more than 20 years of financial experience with Teleflex. Jen has held numerous roles of substantial responsibility throughout her career with Teleflex, including Vice President of Finance for the Surgical Business Unit and, most recently, Vice President of Finance for the Interventional Business Unit. Jen was named Vice President of Finance for Interventional upon completing the VSI acquisition. Jen holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
Sarah Cooley
Human Resources Director
Sarah has served as our Human Resources Director since April of 2019. She has worked in the Medical Device industry for the past eight years, holding various leadership positions in Human Resources at Natus Medical and CooperVision. She has a diverse background in HR, holding specialized roles in Compensation, Benefits, Corporate Wellness and Learning & Development. Her role is a partner to the NeoTract Leadership Team and oversees employee development, talent acquisition and culture enhancement strategies.
