Travis Gay
President and General Manager
Travis Gay serves as President and General Manager of Teleflex Interventional Urology. Travis most recently served as Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Palette Life Sciences, formally joining Teleflex in October 2023 as Chief Technology Officer, Interventional Urology, upon the completion of Teleflex’s acquisition of Palette. Over the past 10 years, Travis led the developmental efforts of Palette Life Sciences by transforming proprietary innovations in medical technology into commercial viable solutions. Travis’ commercial expertise and leadership roles were shaped through roles as founder, CEO, Vice President, Sales, and Director of Global Marketing in the Oncology and Urology world for Core Oncology, Mentor, UroCor, Healthsense, and Physician Sales & Service. He is a graduate of the Executive Education Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Anthony Parrillo
Vice President of Global Marketing
Anthony serves as Vice President of Global Marketing for Teleflex Interventional Urology. Anthony brings 22 years of sales and marketing experience across consumer goods and the medical device industry. He most recently served as Vice President of Therapy Development and Marketing for Butterfly Network, a handheld ultrasound solution, where he led upstream, downstream, digital marketing, and e-commerce functions. Prior to that, Anthony spent 11 years at Boston Scientific in various sales and marketing roles, most recently as the Global Franchise Leader and Marketing Director for the Prostate Health franchise. He led the integration, portfolio strategy, and growth for the three products within the franchise. He holds a B.S. degree from Purdue University.

Ray Mazza
Vice President of Sales
Ray is the Vice President of Sales for Teleflex Interventional Urology, leading national sales strategy and execution. Since joining the company in 2019, he has driven record growth, expanded market presence, and built high-performing teams that deliver results. With over 25 years in the medical device industry, Ray has held many different leadership positions and has a proven track record of transforming sales organizations, exceeding business objectives, and forging strong partnerships with healthcare providers. He has experience launching products into the BPH market, along with the UroLift™ System, and was part of introducing NASHA technology found in the Barrigel™ spacer in other markets outside of prostate cancer. Ray is passionate about advancing innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. He holds a B.A. from West Virginia University.

Dr. Matt Ashley
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Matt Ashley serves at Associate Medical Director at Teleflex Interventional Urology. He is a board-certified urologist with a deep commitment to advancing care for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Since beginning his practice in Bend, Oregon, in 2017, Matt has developed a strong focus on BPH treatment. He began collaborating with Teleflex in 2020, contributing to the development of the UroLift™ 2 System portfolio, and has served as a faculty member since 2021. As a former consultant and now Associate Medical Director, Matt has led numerous educational programs, trained physicians worldwide, and played a key role in developing the UroLift™ System’s online training modules and best practice guidelines.
Matt also works closely with R&D on device development, enhancing the user experience, and strengthening engagement with both primary care providers and patients.
Matt holds a B.A. from Princeton University, an M.D. from Oregon Health & Science University, and completed his residency training at the USC Institute of Urology in Los Angeles.

Brian Wilkins
Vice President of Research & Development
Brian Wilkins joined Teleflex Interventional Urology as Vice President, Research and Development in August 2022. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, designing, developing, and commercializing medical devices to solve unmet needs primarily focused on vascular disease. Over the past two decades, Brian held multiple R&D roles at Cordis Corporation, most recently serving as Director of Research and Development. In addition, Brian has extensive experience working with global OEMs and evaluating new medical device technologies. Brian holds an M.B.A from University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University.

Jen Dallaire
Vice President of Finance
Jen Dallaire is the Vice President, Finance, Teleflex Interventional Urology. She has more than 20 years of financial experience with Teleflex. Jen has held numerous roles of substantial responsibility throughout her career with Teleflex, including Vice President of Finance for the Surgical Business Unit and, most recently, Vice President of Finance for the Interventional Business Unit. Jen was named Vice President of Finance for Interventional upon completing the VSI acquisition. Jen holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Alan Beckman
Vice President of Global Reimbursement & Market Access
Alan serves as Global Vice President of Reimbursement/Market Access for Teleflex. Alan brings over 30 years of healthcare experience in both the sales and market access functions. He most recently served as Vice President Reimbursement/Market Access for Bluewind Medical, helping to launch the Revi system for urge urinary incontinence. Alan spent over 10 years at Livanova leading the reimbursement function as well as various sales roles in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry including Regional Sales Director for Cephalon. Alan holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.

Alicia Mysiorski
Director of Human Resources
With more than 20 years of expertise in HR strategy, business management, and client relations, Alicia is a results-oriented leader who focuses on building high performing teams. Alicia joined Teleflex in 2021 through the acquisition of Z-Medica. She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Commercial Americas, leading three HR teams supporting the Vascular, Anesthesia and Emergency Medicine, and Interventional Urology Business Units. Alicia holds an MBA. from Johnson & Wales University.
