      • Combination of Versed and Fentanyl, IV, administered by a nurse

      • Cold (4oC), Lidocaine gel 2%, 20ml, instilled into the urethra via syringe
      • Clamp penis for 10 minutes prior to procedure
    • Post Procedure Medication
      • Pyridiumo

      • Oral Sedation (upon arrival to the office)
        • Valium 10mg, Hydrocodone 7.5mg and Toradol 10mg
